RGH XBOX 360 trinity how to add profile

I sent my xbox 360 to get rgh and i deleted the profiles before sending it, how do i add them back?

Not sure what you mean but when i got the xbox back it only had 1 profile: profile1
and when i try to connect to internet it doesnt work so i cant download the profile

when in FSD, press home button. Then press Y, Then highlight go to FSD home. hold RB. then hit X and continue to hold RB. should take you to what looks like a normal xbox (NXE dashboard).. then you can create profile.

Perhaps you did not read up on what you can and what you can not do with a RGH xbox. You can't go on xbox live with RGH

I know that, but there has to be a way to get my profile back right

download on a xbl box and copy to usb, use usb to xfer to rgh.

or install a demon, and download profile using stock dash.

You shouldn't have deleted it to begin with. that was pretty stupid.

Nothing stopped you from making a USB MU and moving the profiles to that for storage.
