Can you post some images?

If the console has been working fine until now, I would like to bet that it is more of a heat issue.

Does the issue occur at around the same stage in a game or does it appear to happen randomly?

Try routing the CPU_RST along the top of the board near the fan and solder it to the point on top of the board. I was having freezing issues on 2 falcons and this completely resolved it.

Try like this but with CPU_RST soldered topside.

Oh deer why did i think it was a jasper, i think i should have gone to spec savers lol:facepalm:
In all fairness, the insulation could help on all troublesome installs :D
