pleas help me...i have an rgh silm console and i tried to retail nand using J-Runner Program i did the steps one by one then i desolderd the wiers from the cool runner and closed the xbox but when i turnd it on the red dot of death appears and it is not fixd it comes and goes Between red and green...pleas pleas help me if u know Anything

you need to post your complete j-runner log .. not a screenshot of j-runner
also instead of one large out of focus and grainy picture, post many clear and detailed closeup pics of all the different areas you've soldered / desoldered anything to.. both the top and bottom of the board

You can't restore retail using current NAND image. Stay with RGH, or ask the master who set up RGH to your console for the original NAND image.
it doesn't matter. as I said, you can't return to stock. restore the RGH and play it or find the man who made this mess.
(he swapped the DVD drive, but instead of flashing it with proper key, he modified KV, that's why you got red/green light blinking)

... it won't work until you restore RGH (solder the wires back + flash RGH image)
you don't need to send the whole console, just ask him for original NAND dump (but you still need some device to flash that image + your current drive won't work)
If you can return to RGH again and the console still works ..You can build the Retail Image again if you are willing to learn alot
But first things first get it back on rgh if you can .. Hope you have good solder Skills ..I dont know how you got that uplflash bin .
But if that bin was working before Do Not loose it or attempt to change it ..if you have not done so alreay..good luck.

As I've understood, he built retail image with JRunner using his RGH image, but after flashing that retail .bin and desoldering the Coolrunner, he got Christmas Lights, that mean RSA hash check fail, so including the MFG date, I've described the most possible reason (drive swap with KV modification) and solution (restore RGH), but the problem is he has not any flashing device.
Yes if thats not a image built from original nand then your never going retail does this number match your xbox serial nuber on the steel cage near front USB ports 076810613405

That image was built from original nand, but the kv info was modified. That's the problem.
OOps Sorry hacker to make any Extra work for you but at least I learned something from this post anyway.

any KeyVault modification (S/N, DVD key, DVD model, MAC address, region) causes hash change. Modified keyvault won't work in retail image (that's why you can't unban Xbox using donor KeyVault - it's linked with your cpu key, reencrypting will change the hash, too)
btw, Xenon mobos have that check disabled, so you can do whatever you want - change region, dvd, even unban it!
You can check the RSA hash using xebuild and public RSA keys (tbh, OP should check that, but I'm sure kv was modified coz those red/green lights)
