RGH RGH1 Falcon boot xell after one reset but wont boot to Dash

Hello every1

I got a problem with Falcon Console that seems to work great with the Rev C i got but it only boot to xell very fast if i write from ECC.
but if i try to write xexbuild nand it wont boot to xell or dash :\

few thing i tried:

1. reflash to stock:works perfect
2. Check LDV: all ok and match my build
3. Update nand to 13699 (last rgh1 dash) and re-RGH it. didnt matter
4. diffrent configs and glich chips didnt helped :\

Any idies>?
