Hello to fellow team-xecuter members,i have a serious issue with my xbox 360 console so lets start :facepalm:
First a quick few details
- Xbox 360 slim Trinity model
- 16197 dash
- Coolrunner REV C ( originally CR3 Lite )
- Nand X
- J-Runner v0.3 Beta (4)
About 2 months ago i had glitched a xbox 360 slim for my friend,i installed originally a CR3 lite and had the console working superb with suitable boot times.
A few days ago my friend returned the xbox as it appeared the coolrunner was no longer glitching which was obvious because the LED installed on the Roll was no longer glitching along with the green LED on the CR3,the console was fine for about 6 weeks.
After spending many hours trying to resolve the issue i am hit with a brick wall and am in reach of serious help :frown:
To start with....
- I have 3 copies of the original nanddump,all 3 nanddumps are verified and are all the same,after attempting to reflash the 1st nanddump i am encountered now with a solid red dot on the roll.
Fan does spin ( as normal ) however the console does not work.
- I have then compiled another ecc image and flashed to the console,now.....with the ecc image applied to the console the red light is gone on the Roll and is green ( as per normal ) however there is still no graphics display on the tv.
I compiled another modified nand image with dash 16197 and flashed this to the console and yet still the same problem remains...green light on the Roll but no display via the tv.
- I had then attempted to flash the other 2 nanddumps individually but am encountered by the constant red dot on the Roll when all 3 nandumps are flashed ( individually )
- I had tried re soldering all the Coolrunner wires along with replacing the cpu rst wire but am still encountered by the same issue.
- So i had a spare coolrunner Rev C,i had flashed the coolrunner with the latest version of J runner and applied the new Coolrunner to the console,but.........i am encountered by the same dreaded issues which are
1. Console boots with modified nand image but no display is on tv
2. Console displays a constant red dot on the Roll with the original x3 nand images applied.
- Following these issues i attempted to play with the cpu rst wire a little by shortening the length,re positioning the wire and replacing the entire cpu rst wire all together...nothing seemed to work.
I am sure my soldering is fine,i added some photos regardless
Can someone please give some advice on this issue as i am out of ideas what to do
As stated earlier in the thread...the console worked fine for about 6 weeks,before the issue occurred he was playing on LiNK with black ops 2.
Is this some kind of brick caused by my friend OR is this just a small issue that can be fixed OR maybe even a common console fault
Can someone please provide myself with some insight to what maybe this issue could be???
