RGH RGH2 falcon only boots XELL

I have tried to rgh this falcon 2 years ago with the exact same result. I have successfully rgh 3 consoles with RGH1 and no problems. Before I used a coolrunner rev c on this xbox and the exact same thing happened I would boot xell get the cpu and make the image and it never loads the dash it will just stop glitching after a minute. Now I am using a cr3 lite and im having the exact same issue. I am certain its not the timing files I have tried all of them and im just fed up. This falcon has the 5574 cb on 15574 dash. The retail image works completely fine and I have been using it as a flashed console for years if anyone could help that would be great thatnks a lot.

Try to change the power mode in SMC config editor. Possible values are 8080, 8180, 8280, 8380 and 8480
