This is super frustrating. Out of 2 JTag attempts, I got one. A Zephyr. Out of 2 RGH attempts, none. Both fubar. What the hell... I give up.

Lonewolf, looks like you're going to be getting a HUGE box. -_-

Ok, I got it to fire back up with the CR Removed, DVD Tray Installed, but I still can't get a nand reading.

Its not the NAND-X. Just did a dump of my JTag Zephyr and it worked. Identical dump as to what I had as a backup nand for it.

A bad flash config like that is a soldering issue, or potentially something done to standby clock/HANA area like Hersheys said. I believe four boards, carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, do fit in a large flat-rate  but still, the 16mb Jasper should be one you can get working yourself, it's down to soldering on the nand-x wiring I'm almost certain.

Ive got a super funny feeling your right about the nand-x wiring, especially considering my JTag Zephyr will read just fine and the jasper wont now. It did, untill I tried installing CR wiring... and now it's funky, mustve crossed something somehow. Grr!

Ive already got the large flat rate box, and I know the two falcons will fit, Im pretty sure I can get at least one of the jasper in there as well. The 16mb one is something I might be able to debug myself...
