Hi I am 100% new to all of this but I did lots of reading before I got started. so I will give all the steps I have so far and tell you my problem any help will be greatly appreciated. so I dump the nand with home made LPT cable got 2 that marched used j-runner to program my cr3-lite I wrote the image_00000000.ecc to the I did the rgh2 set up on the cr3-lite I shorted LK1 set switch 1and 5 and on the other one I set the 2. so now at this point I connected the Xbox I got the xell screen I copied the keys to j-runner created the updflash.bin and put in in a fat32 USB flash drive. At this pint the cr3-lite the green light flashes with the red light on the Xbox goes on back the xell menu it reads the updflash.bin and it all goes good it tells me to shut it off and I do. Now here is where the problem is, after I shut it down I give it like a minute and I try to turn it on but the green light is not flashing and nothing comes up I have re done all the soldering like 4 times and it all works up to the point of it writing the updflash.bin after that the green glitch light does not turn on, please help the noob, thank you in advance for your help and kindness.

If you press eject on the console what happens? Since it glitched into xell then everything should be good when you write your image. It would be best to use a jr programmer or nand x and jrunner because you can get different errors from using lpt homemade cable.

Just a side note, the fan shroud is a good idea, to insure maximum cooling. I lost a board waiting for it to glitch 1 time, because it wasnt getting proper airflow without it.

Congratulations, u'v just built a RGH2 nand for your console. load updflash.bin into source box and write to console. Then pull power lead out for 30 secs, re-insert and power on. Though I'm suprised the console is booting with that soldering, maybe tidy that up aswell.

will try, as for the soldering quoting N.E.Modz “looks like a bird has just had a sh*t on your board.” I agree, since I am new at this I’m afraid if I do it over it will be worse.
