I just RGH'ed a Falcon the other days, worked fine, but today, I got E74 - 1022 RROD. Made X-Clamp fix, changed thermal compound, still the same. Wrote nandflash.bin, still the same. left the console powered off, tried to start her again in 2 hours, booted to dash. After I stopped and tried to start her again...E 74. I think it's a HW failure, what do you think? What's the fix for that?

Didn't had time to write the original NAND back and I'll not be able to do that until Monday...but I don't think that would make much difference

The cables are OK, tried both HDMI and AV cable on another console. That means, I should reflow the HANA chip? The error came out of the blue, yesterday was working fine, today...E74.

One more question, can you point me to a good and cheap :rolleyes2: reflow station? I have no idea where to begin my search.

Search for the user BGA Mods he's the man for this sort of equipment

E74 is E74, it will not be related to RGH. Reflow/Reball is what needs to happen. I would suggest testing the GPU ohms with the GPU heatsink removed to see what condition it is in.
Sorry, but I don't know how to do that, any directions? And what results should I expect? Thanx.
