From reading some of the posts above, it seems that on the surface this
is a
good and reliable site. BEWARNED...as soon as

you need to contact anyone for support or order issues, the lack of
professionalism and damn right rudeness comes to the

surface. I have attached an image of my brief conversation with
MrModChip so
you can witness the shocking response to the

reasonable email I sent him.

Also, the item WAS in stock when I ordered it. But making that
suggestion to
him obviously touched a nerve.

And if he doesn't want to talk to you anymore, he can disable your
account,
disable the button to submit a response and

basically chicken out of any more communication.

I will not lower myself to respond at his level, but wanted to share
this
with others so they can make a educated choice

when choosing to use his web site.

Ahhh..mr modchips. Your not the only one.

Ive seen reports of banning customers who DESERVE there money back just for asking. It is disgraceful and is breaking Trading Standard Laws here in the UK. It shant be long before he ends up in court.

Do not buy from these cowboys, it is a disgrace that they are still in service. Check out xbox-scene forums on the resellers section and go to the mrmodchips topic - I think it speaks for itself.

On January 29, 2005, the owner of this store made written threats against our company for allowing legitimate customer reviews to be posted here. In his email, he states (quoted word for word):
"Do not make the mistake of thinking I use the legal system. Be aware I have the funds and resources to enable me to do ANYTHING to you. I take your childish threats as means of acceptance and allowance of mistruths to be posted. Please be aware your actions also now ensure your employees and sponsors are also legitimate targets."​
On 2/1/2005, the owner of this store mail-bombed our servers with 20,000 bogus emails in an attempt to disrupt our sites and our business. On 11/14/2005, we received another email threat from the owner of this store.
On 11/18/2005, the owner of this store launched a denial of service attack against our webservers in an attempt to disrupt our sites and our business.
On 12/19/2005, the owner of this store launched a second denial of service attack against our webservers in an attempt to disrupt our sites and our business.
We have reported this person's actions to the FBI and the British Police and we will be following up to ensure that proper action is taken.
Buyer beware.

im very surprised that Xecuter has a site with this bad of a rep still listed as a main seller.


Xecuter you should remove them from your list. just having ties with a group like that i think could hurt you guys.

im glad i havnt dealt with these guys and i know i never will after reading what they tried doing to resellerrating.com

Yet Another Sucker who fell foul of MrMODCHIPS!!!!! :(

I Profess to a competent Modder ;) and would only request a replacement after I am 100% sure that the goods are faulty.

On Returns I informed MrModchips the Following
As I have explained that I have three systems moded (all mods chips brought from you). I have tried the all 3 x3 modules in a moded xbox, used same procedure to flash the bios on each individual
modules.
The other two modchips goes past the rox my box screen, however the faulty module does not go past the Rox my box screen, which implies the faulty module. From the forums I have discovered that the bios has to detect the mod chip presence to go past the Rox in Box screen.
Please I have bought the goods in good faith and could intend do further business as your delivery is excellent. I would be grateful if you would resolve this matter.
However if you are still not willing to resolve the above I will have to recover my money from the Credit card company.
PS Inform me of your decision ASAP by email

The module is not faulty as you achieved a successful boot to the flash bios screen.

I do not think i was threatening in my request for a replacement, I was only requesting a replacement. Since i mod boards for other people I need the matters resolved ASAP. Incidentally according to their returns policy (14 Days)I was in my right for some for of attention in resolving the matter. I will be pursuing this matter with my credit card company to recover the money back, as I will have to buy another modchip from another supplier.


Mr TEAM EXCUTER please investigate this matter and explain the business etiquette to MrMODCHIPS :cool:

PLEASE PLEASE BE WARNED OF MrCONCHIPS :eek:

I must say that this is very sad too see. . .

I myself am an anomaly being that I got timely service and exactly what I ordered in good fashion. . .

BUT. . .

I would not risk it again based on what I have heard. . .

AND. . .

am sad too see that such a reputable company such as xecuter would let one third party seller taint their hard earned reputation. . .very sad too see and I hope that they do drop them off of their list.

Looks like im on the same boat.
Ordered my DGX on 21.12.2012 and still didnt get it. They keep changing in stock date every week and now apparently it should be in stock on 29 Jan which I dont think will happen. Its been changed 5 times already. Also communication is pretty bad and support almost non existing.



Just sent them an email asking to cancel my order and isse full refund so lets wait and see if I get ban. Not banned so far but will stay away from them. Use modtraders now and well happy with everything.
