Rjtag Help Please! 1033.

Ive had a couple of dodgy jtag qsbs in rjtag kits.

Hey i finally did the old jtag way with aud clamp instead of using qsb and im not getting 1033 i am getting 0010 ? i played with the dips and voltage , no dice , the nand is with aud clamp so i dont know what it would be any help would be greatly appreciated .

Im starting to give up on this box anyone close to columbus ohio want to fix it for me it must be something small? im not trying to spend too much already spent too much
