RJTAG success, now drive causing problems

I've RJTEGed a falcom console successfully. The dvd drive was working before the RJTAG, and now its not. At first, it would get stuck at close tray, now its freezing the whole console.

I've thought about trying a new drive, but still didn't get a replacement. I was wondering if this can be a problem with the RJTAG, even though its a first time for me seeing this problem.

R_JTAG has nothing to do with the DVD-ROM

how is it freezing up your consnole?

are you sure your R-JTAG install isnt the cause of the freezing?
