roms on Surreal64xxx

The other day i downloaded a rom(1080 snowboarding), and ftp'd it to my xbox(softmodded) When i open up the rom i just get a big black screen,i have this problem with perfect dark too,one day it was working the next it wasnt. can anyone help? let me kno if u need more specifics. O yea and can u guys maybe possibly make a list of sites to download ROMS from(if its not against the rules,i havent read them yet)

some don't work, some do hard to tell which you have...

the most time efficient way to get lots of roms is to download a pre-compiled list of them... usually these are made to run from disk and can be found from any torrent site...
