ROMS onto disc

Ok, could someone please help me.
I have got xsnes9x on the hard drive of my xbox and I have got a load of roms on my PC BUT i dont want to put the roms onto my xbox just yet as I still have the retail hard drive, SO what I wnat to do is put all my roms onto a DVD (not the emulator just the roms). My xsnes9x already looks for the roms in d:/roms (the dvd drive) so how do i put all the roms onto a dvd that the xbox will read??????
Do I just burn them onto disc or will I still have to make an ISO??? or do I just add a .xbe file inamongst the roms????

If you're pointing your ROM location to D:\roms, then use Nero and select CD/DVD-ROM (UDF/ISO). Open the UDF tab and tick the option for Forcing DVD-Video compatibility for Xbox.

Create a roms folder on your layout and copy the roms into it. It should work from there.
