No, no. It isn't constant, it goes from indicating which controller it is, like upper left led is on. Then after 30 seconds, the light starts spinning around, stops again after another 30 seconds and goes back to the first state and repeats.
I've read that this is a battery power indicator but the batteries are new. It happens on all my five controllers, by the way. Is the main unit responsible for checking the power levels in the controllers or is that function local? Does it need to be calibrated somehow? Is the Xbox broken? Can it be fixed?
