Sorry I was away yesterday!

Going to check the pll_bypass and ground today. What should it read?

When Im measuring it should the console be powered on or just have the power supply plugged in?

Thanks again for all the help guys!
Not plugged in, from memory its 10k, if its heaps less than that then it may be a broken via or worst case a dead cpu

If you dont get a reading check the little resistor next to it, needs to have the same reading or there may be a problem some where

In my experience it is very easy to damage the via when soldering

In order to check cpu_pll bypass you Can Not check it while it is on the board, that resistor must be taken off board and tested Independently

Yea you are correct, but in saying so if you get 10k exactly on the pll_bypass without removing the resistor it may indicate a broken via
