Well got a 0022 RRoD board

My setup

No Clean Flux
Aoyue 968a+
Aoyue Triple Net 43 x 43 Reflow Nozzle
8280 IR Preheater
Two thermocouplers to watch chip temps

I reflowed GPU
but error remains

30 secs green center light boot then RRoD error 0022

I checked for cut trace and every thing looks fine, no missing components that I can tell although the Xbox board has so many soldered points with no components so its hard to truely tell.

I got to looking and the CPU chip is warped, even though I havent touched it. (I think previous attempt from another person)
Ive got it in the Oven now on 200*F for 2 hours trying to flatten the chip.

Anyone know if this will work?

Or do I need to just replace the CPU?

No jtag or rgh. Just a regular console. It was sent in with a 0102 (which is working now).

Ill try a ANA reflow but I think the CPU is the culprit. I think its warped to much on one corner. I cant get a super close look but I think I see a gap in the solder points. So this may all be for not.

Maybe so but the CPU has me more concerned because of what I visually can see. The chip is sitting high on one side and I think the solder is separated from the CPU but a reflow doesnt see to make the chip resettle.
