RRoD 0022 with original dash, no green light on CR (or flashes once, very quickly)

Ok, I don't know if I really need to open another thread about this error, but I'm desperate, as I think I've searched all the topics about this issue with no luck.

A few days ago I made RGH on a Jasper (Flash Config: 0x00023010 Block Size: 16KB, so I know I read the nand correctly).
Managed to get into Xell and get a picture of fusests (the board was without the fans connected, but I think it hasn't been turned on for more than 40 secs).
Built my nandflash.bin and put it on a USB stick.
I've put the USB in the rear port and 2 red lights. Immediately turned off the xbox and decided to put it in the metal case.
(don't remember if that was the moment I decided to solder the 683... and another thing, I bridged the U6T2 points, but that was before booting into Xell).
After that I got one flashing light on CR with the cap, and two without it.
Don't really remember, but I think after restoring the original nand my problems got worse... meaning no green light on CR, just a quick flash.
I thought I bridged something, so I desoldered the wires of CR from the board and bam RRoD... I think, at first, the secondary code was 0002, but after that day, I get constant 0022.
Tested connectivity between orignal CR points and alternate points. Soldered again the CR and tested conn through alternate points. Tested resistors around PLL and STBY and I think they are all okay.
Messed around with different nand combinations and LDVs...
Tried with a 10kO res at PLL point with no success.
ATM, I think I don't even get that quick flash...
Dunno what to do... for 4-5 days I've been doing the same thing...

I'll try to make some pictures to see maybe if it's something that I miss.

EDIT: And the pics: (not the best job, I know...)

And if I unsolder evething it's still not working. And first soldering was done by my brother, meaning much better than this... (the pics are new, so it had been solder before a few times) Do you think it'll boot with stock if I unsolder the Nand-X connector?

Edit: In a sh*tty country and town (Romania), where I can't even buy proper soldering tools and materials. My life would be much easier if I had better tools... I also asked the "pros" in my country about this problem and if they can solve my problem, but none of them really helped me that much...

I can read/write the nand fine, btw...

Already done that, many times... with no CR or wires attached (except for the nand cable, I think). 0022 after a few secs... (and I think the fans throttle down a bit)

Does U6T2 points have anything to do with this?

//because I told you that we unsoldered the CR to get the console work with original dash... but last night I really wanted to try with the CR (and me and my bro... let's just say we have different time tables:))

Mm, but where... I think I've checked around PLL for shorts dozen times, but I don't have that much knowledge in electronics... I also tried to connect the closest res leg of the resistor near PLL to the alternate point under the heatsink... If I measured pll with the leg I get continuity, with the other leg I get the resistance, 10ko, if I measure with the alternative point, I only get 2-3, but I recently discovered that without that wire (which, btw, I disconnected from res near pll yesterday, but let it soldered under heatsink) the readings are normal. Also, around Hana no broken resistors, and the pad is still ok...

Same problem here, but i can boot Xell!

If i put the ggbuild nand or the original nand i get the 3RL.

Everything looks fine with the solder. I notice one strange thing when I try to boot the dash hack: the coolrunner's green light blinks only 1 or 2 times and then stop blinks and the console still trying to boot, but minutes after i got the 0022.

yep Im having exactly the same problem all I wanted was my drive key flashed orig back and now 0022 Im just wondering if its the fuses blown that stops you from jtagging not allowing you to dump nand back on
