RROD after write the flash

Hi, I try to rgh2 a falcon, my first xbox360. Ive read the flash and get 1 bad block at 014a, which is managed by Jrunner. After I read the nand I try to edit the smc only for fun and to make a more aggressive fan settings. Ive write back and RROD after about 10 seconds, no image also. I write back the original nand and same thing. If I write the ECC I will not have RROD. What should I do, I will go on with the rgh? I intend to get only the dvd key but now seem to me that only RGH will work.

I have a issue before manage to read flash. I get only 00000 to flash Id and I check the jtag points according the guide and see that at point 4 I get infinite resistance instead of 40 ohm. I press with the finger on southbridge and get 40 ohm. After that I can read the flash normally.

Well that kinda tells you right there dosen't it? I think your southbridge is going to need a reflow or even a reball.

I try a reflow to southbridge and same issue. It is strange that it has rrod after about 10 seconds but didn't get any image and I cannot sync any controller during these 10 seconds. If I write the ecc i didn't have rrod anymore.

U wont get an image with a 0110 (E20) error, i don't think the xbox gives image/error screen until around E65 onwards. controllers wont sync until a successful boot. 0110 is GPU/ram cold solder joint on stock. Maybe u flexed the board when returning to stock. Reflow the GPU see how that goes. Good luck.

You have right, I put the board on a flat surface and pres over gpu with my hand and it boot. I will try to make a more aggressive reflow and see the outcome. It is definitely from GPU. Thank you all for your answer.
