Rrod after xell

hello guys

Heres my new problem of the day i manged to dump my nand 3 times and they all matched and then i install xell in jtag tool and get rrod 0020 :s its a xenon board and works fine anybody help?

how did you install xell?

jtag tool, ive used it for differnt jtags and it worked fine
