I have the coolrunner soldered in. Before, I just had the voltage and GND wires soldered to the coolrunner, and the console booted fine. Now, I decided that I would go ahead and finish the job, BEFORE I programmed the coolrunner, and solder the wires to the coolrunner that previously were just soldered to the console. When I did this, when I plug in my console, both coolrunner LED's are lit. However, when I try to power on, no video and 3 flashing lights. I am thinking this is just cause the coolrunner isnt programmed, as it booted the last time I did any soldering to the actual 360 itself, anything else was just to the coolrunner. Please reply, thanks.

Be sure your coolrunner is programmed. Without programming, these symptoms are natural.

Ok, so I just want to make sure, it is just that the coolrunner is not programmed, right? And just btw, I am waiting for my nand-x which will be here tomorrow to program it

Also, I checked and there is no secondary error code.

I just wanted to say that the same thing happened to me on my first glitch.
Had the CR board installed and I hadn't flashed the glitched nand back to the board. I tried booting it and got the three lights of death.

i would take the 3v3 wire off and see if it boots if not take some pic's and show us what it looks like nice clear pic's as close as possible
