now ive done it .i downloaded cromwell2.29 or some crap live that and tried flashing my executer 2.6 via http and now when i went to turn it on the leds flash a couple of times and the it just flashes green and red(my eject button)can i reflash somehow

have you got flashbios on another bank? if you have boot to that and reflash.

if not get hold of a external programmer.

Sounds like you didn't make the file 512k. What guide did you follow for flashing?
