Just wondering what's the safest temps for both the CPU & GPU chips on a RGH Falcon board.
The reason i'm asking is because i replaced the old thermal paste with a gold based type but i still had to run my fans ( stock microsoft ones btw ) around 70% to keep the temps under 50.c.
Now i've replaced the gold based thermal paste with genuine Artic 5 Silver but my temps have increased and i've had to increase the fans speed to now 80% to keep both chips around 50.c
I was under the impression that Artic 5 Silver was supposed to be the best thermal paste compound for the Xbox 360's to reduce overheating ?
