OK so, I am trying to set up my samba server on my PC however since I bought a new laptop with POS Windows 8.1 on it I do not have the Local Security Policy on my PC. Is there any way to edit my registry to get the same result as per the tutorial that is posted here?
Nothin, that's crazy. Well I just went ahead and downloaded VirtualBox and am using that to run Windows 7 Ultimate which I followed the instruction as per the Tutorial and everything is working great.
