[UK] Samsung ms25 drive needed

do you need a whole working drive or could you make do with an ms25 pcb to put in the ms28 your offering as trade? i have a drive the laser is shot in and its very dirty inside thats been sat around a while, the pcb is mint but i wouldn't trust the drive mechanism to be honest.

I might be able to just use the PCB. Hold it for me and I'll get back to you later or tomorrow about it. What do you want in return for the PCB?
ok no problem its sat here for months so will still be here. i won't be looking for much for it. i think.... 6 quid ok? i really don't know as i don't sell them usually but that seems fair and should be less than a quid postage i expect. like i said its just sat here and i have no need for it so if i get a couple of beers from the trip to post it thats all good with me. i feel kinda wrong saying this knowing that you know your xbox stuff like you do lol but you know there is no difference between a 25 and 28 except the firmware itself right? everything else as i understand is identical. kinda boggled me as to why it needed to be a ms25 but saying that i dont mean to be nosey as to why either lol

Thanks but it's not for me hence why I'm waiting until the original owner decides what he wants to do. He sent me his both bricked ms25 and brand new ms28 drives along with the key.
