Samsung MS25 freezing and opening on its own

hi guys the problem im having is that with every game including originals the game freezes and i can just eject the disc and itll revert back to the dashboard without the console freezing. the other problem im having is that sometimes im playing (also with originals and backups) the screen goes black, reverts to the dashboard and says opening but it isnt opening the disc tray. is there a way to fix this as my warranty is out of date.

could be your laser is wearing out for your first problem, your second looks like its power cycling its-self off and on, you could try and adjust the laser some people on here have done this you might have to dig around abit to find out who, the power cycling is slighty harder to fix if you dont have a knowledge of electronics, unfortunatly i dont so if you know someone or a shop that specializes in this sort of thing then take it to them and see what they say.
