Just wanted to post a follow-up on completing the R-Jtag installation on my Jasper. The rater issue was apparently related to the computer I was using somehow. I'm not sure what the problem was, I remember having the countdown timer work a couple of times during the initial Xell install to try and get the CPU key, but it never worked again after the actual build with the dashboard. However, on a borrowed laptop, it worked like a champ. System now boots the dashboard consistently and no RROD, and will boot into Xell when powered up with the eject button. Have FSD, XeXMenu, Dashlaunch loaded and everything seems to be working fine. Was only able to get a rating of 8.25 from rater, but I have not tuned to use the top CPU_RST point yet. Max cycle count was three in the rating with about half of 20 being 2. I can live with that for awhile to at least be able to play with the blasted thing! A different resistor/voltage config gave me a better overall score with more boots in one cycle, but it hung once and I had to nudge it to keep going. So I'll take consistency over speed at this point. Will try the top RST point later and see if that helps, but for now am having fun with the new features of a modded console. Mods/Admins, please mark this thread closed/fixed. Thanks again to all who threw out suggestions and helped me keep my sanity.
