save file program?

Is there a program that will tell me which files are from which games?

oh my bad, My buddy and my self both have Tiger woods 05, and I want to ftp him my toon so we can play each other with our own guys tonight.

and I don't have a memory card.

I have all my E drive from my xbox on my pc right now, but my xbox isn't here... I can't seem to get the program to load it from my pc, can it do that?

I have never personally used this but I can vaguely remember hearing that it works pretty good.
Try it and tell us how it goes.
