This is going to be quite a project, I suggest instead of the spikes/studs you install a shocker and hook up the studs to it. What type of mesh screening are you going to use?

This could premote a short if what is binding it inside of the case falls off and shorts the system.
freak, this thing is looking beyond excellent, I took many looks at your proto's' and everything looks perfect. This thing will definitely sell, no further comments on how to make it better, I think its fine altogether now.

There's only one possible problem, my digital camera shows the yellow led's as green.. so I think I'll have to edit the photo of it lit up in the dark (when it's finished) with Photoshop, I just hope people looking at it on ebay don't notice and think that I have edited it because it looks crap in the dark...because it looks great in the dark (I've done the jewel already).
I guess you guys will say, you are fantastic with photoshop, they won't notice.....let's hope I am.

Both the normal and the Techno Rave version. It's great when you play the theme tune and look at the photoshop drawing at the same time, this XBOX is gonna be COOL!
I don't know about mesh screening, but anyway, here are some new progress photos. The XBOX is bleeding now and the XBOX text is hot.
(The photo of the XBOX text wasn't good: it looks way better in reality).
Note: the straight sword is 80% complete and bloody.

Did you see the photoshop designs at the top? That's what it will look like when it's done, the blood photos are just progress, it will look much better when the ninja stars are in place and the sword's finished.
the blood effects are looking good, especially on the front of case, nice job.

I've never seen mafiamember say anything but how ugly another person's XBox is: don't listen to him Freak. Really, everytime I've ever seen one of his posts, all it says is how ugly another's work is. Lot's of times, he'll also mention how good his XBox is in comparison (Hey mafia, if you're reading this, why don't you create a thread that shows off your box? I'm not trying to challenge you, but you used to say all the time how great it was. Lets see it.). Some people just cannot give compliments... You're doing a great job Freak, keep it up.

Letest update: the spikes on the top are going to be longer, and the spear rope will come from the top left of the front of the XBOX.

I almost forgot, the rectangular resin scorpion block will not have those "spine" things atached to it, instead, I'll arrange the ninja throwing starts and daggers as though they have being thrown very close to the scorpion block.
Here are some progress photos.
1: Attached rope to top left, attached scorpion silhouette to bottom right, drilled holes for bolts that hold ninja straight sword in place, I also spray mounted some yellow paper to some thin card and attached double sided tape to the back: this is to stick behind the jewel.
2: Diffused the jewel, painted more blood for behind the mesh. Cut a CD case for the DVD Window.
3: Introduced the HDD Holder to an AK47 for extra cooling circulation and reduce the weight as much as possible.
Cut the sword to the proper sahpe for a ninja straight sword.
Painted that side with red enamel/"blood".
Cut the bolts to fit better.
Cut the metal shielding for the bolts to fit easier..
I even cut a semi-circle from the shielding for the hdd and lan led wires to go through: instead of taping them over the top, because they would be squashed up.
