Screen distorted after flashing X3 on v1.6b

I have a version 1.6b (X3CE is installed using pinheader method) that I flashed with the current X3 2913 for the 1.6. When I turn on the xbox (all dipswitches are in the off position.) I get no video, no sound, but after I wait about 10-15 seconds I get the config live screen but it is distorted and hard to read? I'm not getting any fragging errors and i can boot the MS dashboard without problems. Do you think it could be pins 13 & 14?

before you take your xbox apart to try to resolder pins 13 & 14, try the switches in positions on on off off and see if that solved your problem.

I had this issue. Make sure you are using the composite and not component video output from the xbox.
