Screen Flicker

I've now upgraded from x2.3b to x3 which went smoothly.

Until tonight, when switching it on, I had sound but a blank screen.
I switched it off then back on again, the display came back although I do get a lot of screen flicker.

Could this have something to do with the joints at points 13 & 14?

I was also led to believe that my xbox was v1.5 with the Focus chip as I had the blank screen with the 2.3b chip before flashing.
But the X3 chip displays it as v1.4, were there v1.4's with the Focus chip?

the flashbios should come up no matter what xbox version you have which was different with 2.3s. Make sure you got stock AV cables plugged in.

X3 flashed no problem.
I am using the AV cables that came with the box last year

Question about Ban and Downloadable Content

Hi, I have 360 with iXtreme 1.51 Hitachi

I was wondering if I can purchase downloadable content on xbox website and download it unto my 360 without getting banned

I was looking to download packs from Oblivion and Borderland, and maybe Halo the Combat Evolved

Where you purchase the content doesn't matter. You still have to sign into Live to actually download it to your 360. Once you do that you obviously run the risk of getting banned.
