Screen Flickering..scrolling

Alright i just installed my chip and everything is working fine till i booted, im pretty much a noob to this, so right when i booted the x3 bios screen scrolls really fast repeadidly across the screen, Already tried making a disc and cant get it to flash bios... any suggestions? please...

do u have color or is the screen black and white?... sounds like the same issue im having...

fixed it, I was using s-video, stupid me, now trying to flash the bios over http I keep getting the halt error for the bios

how were u able to tell u were using S-video? (i am guessing it was a seting u had to change?)

huh? my cables...your just supposed to use regular composite i guess, and it worked, u know anything about the halting error?

is your flash protection off?
