Screenshot help

Is there any way to take a creen shot during a game or application? The X3 only take them while in the bios and EvoX only takes them i that App.

Please help me so I can how off my Halo 2 mods. I'm going to get a capture card soon anyways though.

Dunno, I use XBMC and press on the left thumbstick, my directories are defined by me so I know right where to go and is crosslinked to my images so I can review/edit/delete without having to bother with the FTP to make sure I wantem'
