OK, if you really want FlashBIOS 3.0.1 back on your chip (which will only allow you to flash your chip and lock/unlock your HDD) you should be able to flash it on via 3.0.3. Default config on a fresh 2.6CE is FlashBIOS 3.0.1 on bank 1, 3.0.3 on bank 2. You say you still have 3.0.3, I'm assuming it is on bank 2. If this is not the case the steps I am about to give you will need to be changed.
FlashBIOS always starts writing on bank 1, so you only need a 512KB BIOS file to fill that. Get FlashBIOS 3.0.1 from the downloads section of the Team Xecuter website. Also in the downloads area you will want to get the X2 BIOS Manager (X2BM). You'll notice when you uncompress the FlashBIOS RAR file that the BIOS is only 256KB. Flashing this to your chip will give you a frag as the chip can't comprehend the data in the 2nd 256KB. Using X2BM load FlashBIOS into bank 1, it will automatically also fill in bank 2. Note that these are 256KB banks, but the two banks you switch on the chip are 512KB banks. Save this file that is just two copies of FlashBIOS, the resulting bin file should be 512KB... perfect for filling bank 1. Now use the flash procedure of choice (I'd recommend HTTP flashing) to get the BIOS flashed to the 1st bank.
Congratulations, you now have a chip with the same BIOS files installed as when it was shipped from the manufacturer. Works great for flashing itself, but can't run one bit of unlicensed code.
