I'm in CFW (Xecuter so) and yesterday I was just there playing some Dragon ball... and I saw the new update for Xecuter 2.3 has an option for cheats... but it only worked with Fat32 SD cards. so my dumbass head thought it was a good idea to turn off the switch and format my SD to FAT32 I transfered all my data and now my switch boots and everything but after the nintendo switch logo it will give me an error.
I've tried everything to make it work... from formatting everything again and I even tried going into recovery mode but It'll get stuck at the same error. (Maybe I am just doing it wrong)

Any recommendations?

*UPDATE*

Xecuter CFW STILL WORKS, BOOTING ALSO WORKS. IT JUST WON'T GO FURTHER THE NINTENDO SWITCH LOGO.

Can you boot to original firmware without sd card?
If not it looks to be a nand issue
If so it's related to sd card or files on it.

I do, and It'll give me the same error... 2002 - 0001 for some reason. I tried turning it on without the SD and it's just the same thing. Sounds like a bricked it honestly, but I don't understand why Xecuter is still working.

Big N says

Restart the console by holding down the POWER Button for three seconds, then select "Power Options" > "Restart."
  • If Nintendo Switch is not responding, hold down the POWER Button for twelve seconds to force the console to shut down, then power it back it on.

Seems to be semi brick
Can you get to TX menu by holding Vol up entire time booting?

TX has a GPT repair option that will repair your Nand partition table
Before using have a Nand backup
Should not need it but be prepared
If TX boots to menu but not with OFW ( you are not on Emunand right?) then is possible GPT repair will work
As with anything there is a risk but not working now so..your choice
I would tread lightly until I had a good Nand backup

NAND has to be your NAND backup from that console only. Worse case at least get a NAND backup now before moving on. Even if it has issues it is better than nothing at this point.
Goto TX menu ,options, nand, dump nand will take a while then remove sd card place in computer and backup nand file to computer, cloud, email, everywhere
Now at least repeat once more to get a second copy (don't just copy first one. You want second dump)
Then use TXmenu ,options, nand, repair GPT
Reboot
If fixed Immediately make 2 more nand dumps and delete the old ones
Save these multiple places these very important
If you already had these you could restore nand and save majority of bricks
