Searched, no answer. XBOX won't boot with chip on or off.

Its a 1.0 xbox with a wire install, double checked all the connections seem to be correct. With mod chip set to enable it all seems to boot fine, no frag, but i get no video to the TV. With modchip disabled it reboots 3 times then FRAG's. That is on bank 2, it does the exact same thing on bank 1. So what would cause me to get no video period? Also with modchip disconnected I get nothing either, so what would cause no video to come out of this thing??

The no video makes me think you either damaged some traces, have a solder splash somewhere around the video encoder, or this box has a problem with the EEPROM. Take a good look at your soldering. It is hard to tell, but the fifth picture down looks like you need to cleanup your soldering. You may also have done some damage to the LPC area.
