Second JR Programmer has now stopped working

I got in a 16mb Jasper 2 weeks ago.
It was a good canidate for RGH2

Installed JRP wires to correct areas and started getting flash congif 0x00000000000

Tried to read a different nand, same thing.
Soldered the wires back to the jasper and tried again
Still flash config 0x00000000
It would still however program CR

I was told it is most likely fried.
I left the wires in the jasper and ordered a new JRP v1.1 from Modchipcentral overnighted it to me

Got it, read nand, wrote ecc, got cpu key, went to write hacked nand onto the motherboard and I got flash config 0x00000000
The wires haven't been touched so the soldering is not the issue

Please do not ask for pictures of the soldering as that is clearly not the issue

I reflashed the firmware on the JRP with the firmware in the drivers pack (the one recommended for the JRP)

Still flash config 0x0000000

The console will not boot
I get to xell and thats all I can get
I cannot write the stock nand back to it as the JRP has failed me again.
I now have 2 dead JRP v1.1 and they have both died very fast

The rf board is not even on the board so the console could not have somehow booted on me and shorted the JRP

I am very unhappy with all of this

I haven't changed the wiring
the wiring was fine to read nand last night but now the JRP stopped working

I just tried to read nand with nand-x
Read fine
Not wiring

If your nand x works fine why buy another jrp ?
what changed with the console ? Was it booted whilst jrp connected ? Wires moved ?

The nand-x has seen better days and I needed an upgrade

Post images of the wiring please.

Try re-programming the JRP with the correct HEX.

Someone going through this many devices is clearly doing something wrong.
