hi im trying to upgrade my dvd-rom drive from a POS thompson
to a nice samsung , do i have to make sure that the motherboard is compatable or to just make sure that its compatable with my version of xbox which is 1.0, and also i was thinking about buying that heatsink and one pass through power adapter to provide the case fan with additional voltage to inhance the cooling for the motherboards chipset and just would like to know if it was worth it . thank you
