I forgot to change launch.ini when installing Dashboard 2.26. The default setting was "Usb:\Freestyle\default.xex". Now every time it needs the Usb drive to launch FSD. I tried to replace the launch.ini file in Flash\ but wasn't allowed to. Is there a fast way to change it to Hdd? Or do I need re-install dashboard? But how? Thanks a lot!

If you want it on your internal HDD, set the path like so:

Once done, place it on the root of HDD1
.Thanks blakey. But I see there's another launch.ini file under the root of Flash\... which directs to "Usb\Freestyle\default.xex" because of the initial setting. If I place a new one on HDD1, would it conflict with this one?

I tried to delete it but nothing happens. I assume it's because of I don't have the permission on a system file?

Delete it using the file manager of XeXMenu, put the one you wish to use on HDD1 and it should be fine.
Thanks. That's what I did but wasn't allowed to. I re-installed the dash and overwrited all the settings. Thanks anyway!
Cut it and paste it somewhere you can delete it, works that way done it a few times now lol
