settings for evox.ini file

does anyone know what settings a non static ip,subnet mask and default gateway should be for a moded ini file?, id doesn't seem very clear on the tutorial

Do you mean DHCP? if so it will automatically be assigned.

The network settings; if you want to set them should be in the same range as your home network, default gateway would be whatever it is on your PC.
