my chip was running fine i stupidly flashed the backup bios with a evox bios and then decided against it so i ran x3 flash and it told me there was no x2 found (no typo) about a month of inactivity later i was going to play with my friend and it just turned on and off a couple of times on all of my hard drives and only the evox bios works please tell me i can fix this and how

Press the eject and power at the same time this will boot the console to the linux screen so you can reflash your bios.

He can't - he said he flashed over the backup BIOS with Evox.
