SHA-1 cracked!, now can Xbox be too? - new generation of Xbox apps?

Could the hack of SHA-1 mean a new generation of xbox apps? Apps implemented into a game itself? Could this mean linking an xlink-kai straight from system link in games such as Halo? Streaming games from your computer as we can now implement the command that would allow us play gameson a hacked BIOS?
