Should I be concerned?

I was playing Saints Row on live and suddenly I got some multicoloured spots on the screen replacing objects in the game. The whole screen didn't go like this but I'd say about 1 quarter of the screen did if I add up the different places it was in. Should I be concerned at all?

Well I was just playing the Crackdown demo then my brother went into Saints Row again and the menu did it again, graphics were corrupted but this time the graphics were just replaced by gray, no different coloured spots. He then went into COD3 and it ran fine, no lag and everything went fine.

Could it be the Saints Row disk?

Ok, I've noticed something else. Sorry to keep going on.
I was playing COD3 for about 2 hours (maybe 3?) and then I played some Fifa 07. Then when I turned the xbox off I noticed for about half a second the screen had a jagged green line, it which sorta shaped the dash board menu (the one that shows switch off controller, console, etc. Is this another sign or just something that happens.

Sorry to keep going on I'm just paranoid and don't want a £250 box sitting in my front room.

I can say now that is what will happen. My friend's system was changing colors to like a blue tint when he would play long sessions of Gears of War. Then, one day, he got no video at all on his 360. It would have a black background with green dash marks moving diagonally across the screen.

I opened it up, did the heat gun, replaced the thermal paste. Was working fine.. for three days. Now it's doing the same thing, and also ROFL'ing.

It is not a game problem, your system is very near death.
