Ok so I purchased a xbox falcon phat that looked almost brand-new when I opened to rgh it I saw that it had the 12 vot fan mod. Looked professionally done. With plug in and play connections plugs and all the wires were braided with cable braid then when I took the bourd out I noticed that it had the xclamp fix with the screws and plastic washers. And new thermal compound. The board under the cpu and gpu underneath the board is flexed out wards a very small amount. Not allot but very very little (barley noticeable) But my question is should I leave the xclamp fix screws or install xclamps. I have like 6 extra sitting around

The correct way of repairing this Xbox is to have it reflowed (and I don't mean heat-gun or hair dryer or oven or towels) or if necessary reballed. If the console is working, don't mess with it. I've seen xclamp fixes work for years.

I would leave the xclamp fix in place. Replacing it with standard xclamps will probably do more harm than good in the long run.

U.K.
If its not broken, don't fix it is my motto, but if you don't like the fix, then put the x-clamps on but be prepared to get it fixed properly if you do. Personally I'd leave it but maybe loosen the bolts a tiny bit so it wasn't bending the board.
Good luck.
