Nope, that'll just jump the price. The XBOX original price was $300, if the rumoured wireless controllers, your LCD idea, and XBOX backwards compatibility were added. You might as well make your own game system, the "X/Z"enon/Next/ XBOX 2 would be the price of a 50's Ferrari.

you know what would be funny as hell...if we got game developers programming stuff for people with lcd screens. i know it would never happen, but i can dream...maybe homebrew games.
NO LCD it would just raise the price and for what a tiny LCD screen that has no purpose I mean what would you do with it have your name or game tittle scroll across it wow so cool or mybe display the time not like you allready have 2 or more clocks in view and as for the wireless controllers that is a good ideal and should'nt raise the price much at all seeing how with the xbox 2 there lowering the cost of manufacturing due to the change in hardware providers personaly I think will see it priced under $200 but thats just my opinion and now the lastest rumers are that the xbox 2 will have changeable hard drives (hot swap) so we may even see different classes of xbox's to purchase like one cheap with like 10gb and then PRO version with 200gb something like that anyways I'am sure if it has no LCD someone will probaly make one for it lets all just hope MS does'nt make the new box mod profe just think what MS could do if we had to activate the xbox 2 through the phone line and any changes made we'd have to reactivate sound familiar (winXP)
Come on, you don't want all of your friends to have cool looking XBOX's. You got to have that extra flair for yours.
if all your friends have "cool looking xboxes" it becomes the norm...nothing special. therefore, all the cool stuff should stay for the modders.

With my modded box+X3 the options are limitless With that LCD as stock The FLAMES are limitless.
