show boot.dat even use different sd card

Hi all, my switch install the sx core with using V1 setting, but after installation, hold Vol+ and power on the device, the blue LED is on and just a while then turn to green,.the device always show the sd card picture and show "boot.dat". seems not working.
May I know Any step can I trace the issue?

Which SD did you try? Did you format it using guiformat as FAT32? Make sure your SD-Card Reader from you switch is properly plugged in on the mainboard.

Thanks for your reply, yes, I have try 2 micro sd card and use guiformat to FAT32 but still no result, below are 2 cards image, and I properly plugged to the main board, I will try cleaning the contact of micro sd card connector to try again.

Thanks all, after that I checked my sd card, it should be MBR already and no hidden partition and active, does any other issue make this cause? did the soldering issue will cause this also?
