GENERAL Silent update question

I bought a console that needed a new laser,so replaced it, the console was stock so i connected to internet and updated console then flashed to LT+2.0, im now getting unsupported disk on MW3, it hasent been connected back to the internet since flashing.

So basically my question is will this console now be flagged for a ban? im a bit confussed about what the silent update actually does, is it to flag the console when a backup is attempted to boot or just to stop them booting?

BTW i have searched for the answer to this but have had no joy.

Your console would have received the 'Silent Update' when you updated the dash online.

The console will have a failed 'AP25' flag if checked with XVal v2.0.

This doesn't necessarily mean you will be banned.

Ah get it now so once it fails that check it will prob get the flag for failing. Cheers
