Ok, I done something last night that I'm regretting so far. I took my 650gb hard drive from my Zephyr jtag and placed on the xenon one to try something (both were running latest Kinect jtag dash and I always swapped HDD between jtags fine with dash 9199).
Booted the xenon on and I just got black screen with centre light saying green but nothing else happening. Placed the HDD back into the Zephyr and when booted it got the same thing. Now both Jtag's just boot black screen.
On the xenon, I wrote flashed the original NAND and it boots fine onto old dash 7371 but again when I flash the latest kinect jtag dash I end up with black screen and green light in the centre.
This is defenitly not soldering or diodes related but I can't seem to figure what's gone wrong. Works fine on the old dash but won't run any of freeboot images. Also to mention, I created a new freeboot image from the original NAND dump and still no success.
Edit: xell works fine though but no freeboot ...
Edit: ok, old freeboot 0.32 dash 9199 boots but still no success on latest version
Edit: Fixed, the xenon now boots fine to the kinect jtag dash.
This is so odd, the only way this was fixed is systematically I had to erase the NAND, flash freeboot 9199 dash via NAND-X, then last flashed freeboot dash 12611 via USB stick and flash360.
Now to move onto the Zephyr which is now giving the dreaded could not detect flash controller message. Sigh
