My jasper elite has been really long boot times and when I look at the back of the Xbox I can see the green light flashing every 7 secs maybe. This means it's glitching right?

Yep. When the green light flashes it tries to inject the code to get the console to glitch.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the cr green light flash in 2 sec intervals? Have you installed cap on cr, or bridge the points on cr rev. B?

Coolrunner Rev B what??? My CL (Center Light) stays solid when i plug in Disk drive. And when its out it constantly blinks. My Coolrunner has a solid red light on and is blinking every 5 seconds. Seems to never boot with HDD in place. WHat do i do...
