We will get a more detailed manual / readme etc in the next day or so - in the meantime here is the bios you have all been waiting for.
It may still have a few bugs but we think we nailed them all - report bugs to the forums as usual

skins.txt is http zip locations file - you can customize to whatever you like
colors are mapped as follows
aarrggbb
a = alpha transparency
r = red
g = green
b = blue
